Application Process  

Fall 2024 Term  

Application Opens: Monday, March 4 

Application Deadline: Wednesday, July 24 

The following steps must be completed to enroll in the Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship program: 

Step 1: Pay the $25.00 application fee (plus $1.00 processing fee) and complete the Online Application. The link to the application can be found here.

Step 2: Provide a copy of your High School Transcript* (not required for Pasco graduates) 

or GED (can be requested at GED.com) 

Note: Students who received their GED in Pasco County must submit transcript.

* Academic Admission Requirements  

Students who have earned a standard high school diploma or GED may apply for enrollment in the program. A copy of the student’s high school transcript or GED transcript must be provided as part of the application and accepted by Pasco County Schools. 

 Students who receive their diploma through a private school or home-school should contact Kim Dunn at 727-774-1703 or kdunn@pasco.k12.fl.us for instructions. 

Transcripts from international institutions must be evaluated by an accredited evaluation service in order to be reviewed for enrollment. If the official transcript is in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by a certified English translation from an accredited evaluation service. Transcripts for an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution are accepted for enrollment.  

Application Assistance 

Your application is not complete until the above 2 steps are complete. The student is responsible for the submission of their application. Incomplete applications will not be processed and may impact the student’s opportunity to apply to the program.
