Applications for Fall 2024 Open Door Grant Program are due on or before August 9, 2024. Completion of this form indicates your request for Open Door Grant Program funds and certifies the following: • You have applied and intend to register in an eligible program or are currently enrolled in an eligible program. • You are a Florida resident. • You have an outstanding student account balance. • You are aware that Open Door Grant Program funds offer students in eligible programs funds towards tuition, fees, books, and supplies not otherwise covered by federal grants, state grants, or any other third-party provided payment. Students that have no account balance are not eligible for the Open Door Grant Program. Open Door Grant Program funds will be applied to student accounts once enrollment is verified and this application has been accepted and approved.
